There are many physical symptoms of stress and each person may experience one, some, all or even different symptoms than those listed below. Stress affects your body in many different ways due the chemicals and hormones your body releases when you're stressed. You may also have a tendency to slack on taking care of yourself when you feel overwhelmed and stressed. This adds to the health problems you may experience.

  • Feeling hurried or like there is not enough time in the day
