It is important to control your stress, particularly any long-term stress you may be feeling, to reduce your risk of developing these life-threatening diseases. Try to control your anger and stress levels.

People with high blood pressure tend to respond more to even trivial stressors and have a unusually strong response, resulting in even higher blood pressure.
