Airplane Stress
One of the most stressful times can be when you are on an airplane. Maybe you are stuck in the middle seat or the people sitting next to you are causing problems. I had a man sitting next to me who snored the entire 5 hour flight, except for when he tried to help the flight attendant hand me my meal which resulted in his thumb in my muffin! The only way I could get away from it was to put on my headphones and turn the music up. Always travel with headphones and music that takes you away from it all! A book fails you when you can only hear snoring...

Play With Your Pets
Playing with your pets is a great way to have some fun and relieve stress. I recently got a laser cat toy and it is tons of fun! You can spend hours trying to get the cat to chase it.
Play fetch with your dog or drag a feather on the ground for your cat to play with. There are even books out there with all kinds of games you can play with your pets.

Don't Sweat the Small Stuff!
Hey don't sweat the small stuff. There is no reason to freak out over every little thing!
Cut Out That Coffee!
Try reducing the amount of caffeine you drink. Sure that cup of joe in the morning helps kick start your day, but the caffeine in your system makes you jittery and more likely to feel stressed. Try drinking a cup of green tea in the morning instead. It will reduce the caffeine but still give you a little morning shove. Plus it is healthier for you! In the end you will have more stress reduction.
Adopt a Furry Friend for Stress Relief!
Having a pet has been proven to reduce stress. If you are an animal person consider adopting a shelter pal. But be sure you can handle the added responsibility of having a pet and realize it's a forever thing!
